The Ceetrus real estate company ? We have always been a retailer ! We own 300 shopping centres in 10 European countries and have a portfolio of over 7 billion of property assets. Since our creation in 2000, we have seen commerce evolve. And every day we are accompanying its transformation, making available more than 4 million sqm to host mixed-use projects that are useful and sustainable for the community. We are transforming our existing sites into mixed-use locations that combine retail, residential, office and leisure togo beyond the simple shopping experience. We are transforming our shopping centres into place of service and culture, to provide users with as many opportunities to get together. We transform each of our assets so that they generate a triple positive impact : economic, social and environmental, so that they benefit as many people as possible. Property Ceetrus belongs to New Immo Holding, the organisation that groups the real estate activities of the Association Familiale Mulliez (AFM). The aim of this structure is to transform real estate and retail in a sustainable way in order to improve living conditions.
To help us in these transformations, we have entrusted the management of our assets to the mixed real estate operator NHOOD, a specialist in urban regeneration. Animation, operation, marketing, fund and asset management, development and promotion... NHOOD accompanies us on the whole chain of real estate value creation.

Ceetrus Foundation

1st award - Bio Demain
The conversion of a conventional farm to organic takes time (at least 3 years) and it is expensive (decrease in production while investments in manpower, training and equipment are important). Bio Demain supports these farmers in the transition phase by buying their products at a fair price and by promoting this conversion process to consumers when reselling these products.

2nd award - Sloli
In order to awaken children to nature and in full awareness of environmental issues, the brand develops, in a Zero Waste approach, wooden games, activity books and books 100% Made in France using natural and ecological materials, respectful of the planet and of the health of children.

3rd award - Circul'egg
In a circular economy and waste recycling approach, Circul'Egg recycles the egg shells at the end of the factory by transforming them into two finished products: a calcium carbonate powder and a shell membrane powder. These products are then sold on the animal feed and nutraceutical markets.
