The Ceetrus real estate company ? We have always been a retailer ! We own 300 shopping centres in 10 European countries and have a portfolio of over 7 billion of property assets. Since our creation in 2000, we have seen commerce evolve. And every day we are accompanying its transformation, making available more than 4 million sqm to host mixed-use projects that are useful and sustainable for the community. We are transforming our existing sites into mixed-use locations that combine retail, residential, office and leisure togo beyond the simple shopping experience. We are transforming our shopping centres into place of service and culture, to provide users with as many opportunities to get together. We transform each of our assets so that they generate a triple positive impact : economic, social and environmental, so that they benefit as many people as possible. Property Ceetrus belongs to New Immo Holding, the organisation that groups the real estate activities of the Association Familiale Mulliez (AFM). The aim of this structure is to transform real estate and retail in a sustainable way in order to improve living conditions.
The ambition of Ceetrus Properties is to add value to our assets through a positive real estate strategy. We make every square metre useful to the planet, the territories and the people who live there.
Etienne Dupuy, CEO Ceetrus Properties
To help us in these transformations, we have entrusted the management of our assets to the mixed real estate operator NHOOD, a specialist in urban regeneration. Animation, operation, marketing, fund and asset management, development and promotion... NHOOD accompanies us on the whole chain of real estate value creation.

Created in 2010 by Ceetrus France, the Foundation « contributes to sustainably develop social Business in the French territories where we operate».
It supports non profitable purpose structures acting for the common good, which apply the business model of social entrepreneurship. It helps social entrepreneurs or their support networks, in all the structuring steps that they may encounter in their development path: starting up, scaling up, diversification, duplication… It operates in mainland France, in the areas where Ceetrus is established, serving the common interest of inhabitants near its sites. It thus contributes to the emergence of new services and activities that meet the essential needs of citizens and territories. Promoting meeting people, each project supported is sponsored by an employee, whose role is to understand and support the needs of the social entrepreneur, to link him with experts in the Company when possible, and to follow the implementation of its project. Skills or in-kind donations are encouraged when apropriate.

The winners of the Créenso Awards in May 2022 are :
1st award - Pimp Your Waste
This start-up contributes to the reduction of waste by offering a range of furniture products made from over-recycling, entirely manufactured in Île-de-France. Through a social inclusion approach, the finishing touches are made by hand to offer products that respect the know-how of the carpenter's trade. Pimp your waste also creates custom-made fittings according to the desires and needs of its customers.
Special Award - Same Still A Meal
This project is based on the creation of a canteen offering anti-waste menus that revalorise fruit and vegetables collected from food banks. In parallel with this initiative, Same also offers an integration programme for single mothers to train them in food processing and help them integrate professionally and socially.
